做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
