做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
