做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
