做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
