做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
