做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
