做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
