做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
