做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
