做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
