做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
