做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
