做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
