做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
