做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
