做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
