做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
