做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
