做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
