做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
