做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
